The Panorama Co has a clear investment criteria: we look for growth and prefer companies with a history of cash flow generation. We prefer to concentrate on late stage involvement and have a strong focus on the consumer products sector and business services sector where we have deep knowledge and experience through seizing new opportunities and scaling business models.
Our approach is to direct strategic, operational and financial improvements, typically through initiatives that explode growth, profit improvement and asset efficiency. We move quickly for compelling opportunities.

In working with private businesses, particularly family run, Panorama’s approach is to focus on how the company makes money, how it can make more money and most importantly, ensure the family members have the right support mechanisms in place to ensure they flourish together.
